The Accreditation Midterm Report (posted 02/06/06)

The Accrediting Commission has accepted the Midterm Report which the College submitted in October 2005. In their letter, they state,

“I am pleased to inform you that the Midterm Report was accepted. The college is to be commended for having responded to the Commission’s request for updates and has laid out a realistic planning agenda with clear expectations for progress. The report was honest with open acknowledgement of the need for continuing improvement.”

Progress Report Accepted (posted 2/24/05)
The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) has accepted the Progress Report we submitted in November 2004. A copy of their letter and Evaluation Report are available in the college libraries.

The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, Western Association of Schools and Colleges, reviewed the Long Beach City Community College District institutional self study and the report of the evaluation team, and reaffirmed accreditation in January 2003.
